The Combustion Turbine and Combined Cycle Users Organization (CTC2) is an international organization structured to perform collaborative R&D or O&M work for gas- or oil-fired combustion turbine and combined cycle power plants. It is a market-driven, working organization funded directly by those that benefit from its services. Fern has been a proud affiliate member since 2000!

Turbomachinery Lab at Texas A&M

The Turbomachinery Laboratory at Texas A&M University conducts basic and applied research into important problems of reliability and performance of turbomachinery. Each September, they sponsor the Turbomachinery Symposium in Houston which Fern supports with an exhibition booth.

International Gas Turbine Institute

IGTI is a non-profit, technical institute of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers dedicated to supporting the international exchange and development of information to improve the design, application, manufacture, operation and maintenance, and environmental impact of gas turbines and related equipment.

Electric Power Research Institute

EPRI is a non-profit energy research consortium formed to benefit its utility members, their customers, and society. They offer a full spectrum of products, services, and training to help their members improve their technologies.

Gas Technology Institute
